Tell us what volunteer duties you're most interested in

  • direct, cheer, answer questions

  • provide short cut info & drive golf cart shuttles

  • make signs & decorate our courses

  • setup and distribute water, gatorade & snacks at designated aid stations

  • Provide course setup and breakdown (requires manual labor and lifting)

  • provide first aid & coordinate with EMS as needed

  • unpackage race medals and give to finishers (along with sweaty hugs!)

  • capture all the Kodak moments on your camera and help us keep the memories alive forever :)

  • Thursday, Oct 24 from 3-8pm we need appx 30 people to hand out race credentials/swag bags, answer questions, and oversee activities

  • be the point person/oversee some at the activities we have planned over the weekend; we need at least one person at each activity

  • Fancy graphics, infographics, social graphics

  • Reach out to businesses you think might be interested in sponsoring (cash or in-kind 1k minimum sponsorship)

  • Eat ibuprofen with Laura & Sweep, chase it with Pepto Bismol

  • (coordinating purchases from local vendors and foreign manufacturers)

  • (must physically be in town for these activities)
